CONCRETE MIXING DRUM MOUNTED ON AMERICAN-TYPE CHASSIS, SPECIALIZED IN DISCHARGE FOR CONCRETE PAVEMENTS 10.5 Yd3
Available only for sale in Mexico
PERFORMANCE⌄
- The PAVER version features an adjustable loading hopper (double action piston), a more aggressive blade profile, a 46″ discharge mouth, and a wider discharge hopper aimed at accelerating discharge time on-site.
- MTM’s characteristic safety concepts, the main ones being: stairs with double handrails, safety bar on the upper platform, extended discharge channel, automatic water spray system, among others.
- To increase the rigidity and durability of its components, the internal spiral of blades has a rod welded along the length of the drum, using stamped blades that achieve outstanding efficiency both in the mixing of concrete when rotating in one direction, and in the quick and efficient discharge of concrete when rotating in the opposite direction.
- The rotation of the mixer drum is achieved through gear reduction boxes from ZF or, as an option, PMP, both widely recognized in European, American, and Asian markets.
CHASSIS REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS⌄
This dimension requires the use of a 3-axle (6×4) chassis with a 30,000 kg Gross Vehicle Weight, available in practically all chassis brands present in the market.
CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS⌄
- The high efficiency in mixing concretes with slump values between 3 and 8 achieves the optimal mix in minutes at the batching plant facilities after 70 revolutions. The remarkable durability of the mixing drum is achieved using high-strength AR200 steel with hardness >200 Brinell degrees, with a 1/4-inch thickness in the drum body, internal blades, and drum head.
- The paint and surface finish are achieved through prior cleaning with shot blasting, application of primer, and superior durability and gloss paint using polyurethane-based materials, followed by final curing in enclosed ovens.
