CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS⌄
- The Global Packer equipment achieves a compaction capacity exceeding 500kg/m3.
- Semi-elliptical body design using high-strength AR200 steel panels with hardness >200 Brinell degrees for the floor, and Hardox 450 steel, overlap-joined to improve stress distribution and body rigidity.
- Highly efficient compaction and sweeping system, employing hydraulic cylinders with very high surface hardness due to a chemical-thermal nitriding treatment, and a high-efficiency hydraulic circuit with low fluid demand.
- The box floor is smooth to prevent stress concentration, reinforced with central and lateral supports, facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
- The paint and surface finish are achieved through prior cleaning with shot blasting, application of primer, polyurethane-based paint, and final curing in enclosed ovens.
