CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS

  • The Metropack packer is recognized for its compaction capacity exceeding 500kg/m3, featuring a semi-elliptical body design.
  • High-strength AR200 steel panels with hardness >200 Brinell degrees, overlap-joined to enhance stress distribution and body rigidity, alongside a highly efficient compaction and sweeping system.
  • Utilization of hydraulic cylinders with exceptionally high surface hardness due to a chemical-thermal nitriding treatment, and a high-efficiency hydraulic circuit with low fluid demand.
  • The box floor is smooth to prevent stress concentration, reinforced with central and side supports, thus facilitating cleaning and maintenance.
  • The paint and surface finish are achieved through prior cleaning with shot blasting, application of primer, polyurethane-based paint, and final curing in enclosed ovens.
  • Additionally, the maintenance of our packers has been improved by redesigning the lubrication points of the pivots that enable rotation and movement during regular operation.
